How long does it take for me to receive my order?

10-20 days internationally. Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time of custom-made products that usually varies from 2 to 5 days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is proven damaged/defective.

How do I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order has shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
